Recipe:
Organic Wheatgrass Detox Smoothe
-1/2 cup of soya / almond milk or coconut water
-1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
-1/2 ripe banana, peeled
-1 tsp Greens Organic Wheatgrass
Blend all of the ingredients together, pour in to a glass, sit back, relax and enjoy.
Suggested use: 5g - 15g (1-3 tsp) daily. Mix with water, juice or added to a delicious smoothie. Wheatgrass should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
