Rosehip Powder is made from the bright red Rosehip buds and the whole fruit is used including the shell and seed to give a powder that is bursting with fibre, antioxidants and vitamin C. You can add it to smoothies and juice and to hot water to make a rosehip tea. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Suggested use:
2g- 5g (1/2 to 1 tsp) daily. Mix with water, juice or added to a delicious smoothie. Rosehip Powder should not be used as an alternative for a varied and balanced diet.
Recipe:
Rosehip Smoothie 
3/4 cup of soya milk (or almond milk)
1/2 cup of frozen or fresh berries
1 banana peeled
1 small apple, chopped or cored
1 tsp Organic Rosehip Powder
Blend all of the ingredients together, pour in to a glass, sit back, relax and enjoy.
