Also known as the Indian Gooseberry and is one of the powerful medicines of Ayurveda, the traditional medicine of India. Amla Powder is naturally high in organic Vitamin C and can be added to smoothies and juices. It can also be used as a hair conditioner to give volume and shine and as an exfoliating, toning facial scrub or mask.
Amla Radiant Face Mask
2 tsp Organic Amla Powder
2 tsp fresh avocado, mashed
1 cup of hot water (not boiling)
Mix a little water with Amla Powder until it forms a wet paste with the consistency of yoghurt, not too runny, and mix in the avocado. With still damp skin, gently rub the face mask in with small circular motions avoiding the eye area. Relax for 20 to 30 minutes before washing it off with warm water followed by a good moisturiser.
Ingredients:

Suggested Use:
5g - 15g (1 - 3 tsp) daily. Mix with water, juice or a delicious smoothie.
Storage:
Keep in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.
