Golden Greens Organic Mushroom Complex 50gm

Our Organic Mushroom Complex is a special organic blend of Reishi, Shiitake and Maitake mushroom powders. These three mushrooms have been used for thousands of years in traditional Chinese medicine. The mushroom powder can be added to soups, stews and curries for a wonderful mushroom flavour. It is high in protein which contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass.

Suggested use: 5g (1 tsp) daily. Mix with water, juice or added to a smoothie or savoury sauces. 

Recipe: 
Chocolate Heaven Smoothie 

- 1 cup soya milk or almond milk 

- 1 ripe banana peeled

- 1 tsp Greens Organic Cacao Powder

- 1 tsp Greens Organic Mushroom Complex

- 1 tsp honey to taste

Blend all of the ingredients together, pour into a glass, sit back, relax and enjoy.
